**Business Development Manager**
Strongforce Job Agency Inc. is a Vancouver, BC-based manufacturer of industrial supplies and accessories. We are a fast-growing company with a lot of room for growth. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand into new markets.
**Essential Duties**:
- Develop new business opportunities by networking with potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts with potential customers to secure new business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive the growth of the department.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers by providing technical support and other services to them.
- Work with sales team to develop sales leads from existing accounts.
- Develop an understanding of products and services offered by Strongforce Job Agency Inc..
- Prepare proposals for new customers by analyzing market needs, developing price lists, pricing options, and describing services or products offered.
- Prepare marketing materials for marketing potential prospects to help promote the company’s products and services.
- Prepare marketing reports for internal management to assist in tracking sales performance by analyzing prospects’ needs, competitive activity, market trends, market share trends, market competition trends, market share trends, prospective clients’ competing alternatives, and prospective client’s competing alternatives.
- Other duties as assigned by manager or departmental manager.
Required Skills**:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.**
Competencies**:Strong communication skills.**
Knowledge Competencies**:Familiarity with CRM systems.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: $40,500.00-$125,500.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
