We are seeking a Change and Communication Specialist to play a key role in supporting the people side of change across our organisation. The Change and Communication Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring change and communication strategies across our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop change management plans to guide the implementation of changes, including timelines, milestones, and communication strategies to achieve the desired business outcomes.
- Conduct change impact assessments to assess the potential impact of proposed changes on the organization's operations, systems, processes, and people.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement to engage with stakeholders and communicate the rationale and benefits of the proposed changes, addressing any concerns or resistance to change.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the change process.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build organizational change management capabilities.
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
- Measure and evaluate change by monitoring the effectiveness of the change process and assessing the impact of the changes on the organization.
- Provide support to project teams throughout the change management process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, organizational behaviour, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in change management, communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling content for various communication channels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct impact assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of change management processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
