**Job description and requirements**
- Responsible for assisting in the coordination & maintenance of flyer distribution plans across Canada, while supporting key client needs and changes on a daily basis.
- Working under the supervision of a team lead and account manager, you are accountable for obtaining and maintaining accurate, current market/distributor/Canada Post information, targeted for specific geography and versioning, based on client requirements, outputting and QC’ing event run lists and mail lists.
- Direct contact with print, distributor, and client contacts, participating in daily client calls, coordinating deadlines, issuing Booking Orders, balancing Purchase Orders with invoices, addressing transportation/distribution queries, escalating urgent requests, and other administrative duties would all be included in day to day activities.
- A true team player with the ability to learn to use our custom database quickly, be proficient in MS Office, adept at problem-solving, demonstrate firm attention to detail and have excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Customer Service experience would be essential, with proven capabilities to work independently and with a team.
