**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Work independently to achieve personal and team targets.
- Work with a team of up to 10 recruitment and staffing agents so you can focus on bringing in new clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for business expansion.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.
- Ensure high visibility of work activities and results within the team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales pipelines effectively.
- Adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve business development processes.

**Experience/Qualifications**
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage own workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and client interactions.
- Ability to analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Experience in preparing and delivering persuasive presentations to stakeholders.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and flexibility in strategy adjustment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and skill enhancement.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the sales team.
- Ability to provide insightful feedback to improve business processes.
