**Job Location**:
This is an office-based position at our headquarters in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The Sales Executive may be asked to travel within North America from time to time (though mínimal travel is expected).
**Who We Are Looking For**:
Our Sales Executive roles offer a mix of business development, account management, and account development responsibilities. We are looking for an ambitious, polished, and adaptable individual with a proven track record of sales excellence and customer satisfaction. You are an initiator, a fact-finder, and a closer You can connect with professionals at all levels and across multi-platforms. You are entrepreneurial and tech-savvy.
**What You Would Do in This Role**:
- Identify, qualify, develop, and close opportunities across North America (and beyond)
- Effectively manage a pipeline of opportunities to support the achievement of sales objectives
- Manage renewals of existing customers
- Work closely with Demo Specialists to lead presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders, ranging from end users to C-Suite
- Work closely with Implementation Specialists to design custom implementation and integration plans
- Work closeley with Customer Success Specialists to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Ensure accurate Company/Customer information in CRM (HubSpot)
- Track sales activities in CRM (HubSpot)
- Exceed revenue targets and drive customer satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Post-secondary education (BBA or BComm preferable)
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding quotas
- Tech-savviness and demonstrated experience in solution selling
- Ability to work closely with prospective clients to gain a deep understanding of their business challenges
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
- Strong presentation skills (to design and deliver effective presentations and/or demos to various stakeholders)
- Willingness to embrace change in a rapidly evolving business
- Ability to thrive within a team-driven environment
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to travel within Canada and the United States
**Preferred Experience**:
- SaaS sales experience
- Experience working in, or selling to project-based organizations (EPC, Energy, Fabrication, Contract Manufacturing, Construction, etc.)
- Experience working within HubSpot
