**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility equipment.
- Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems as needed.
- Operate various tools and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
- Assist in welding tasks as required for repairs or modifications within the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to develop preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.

**Experience**
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to mechanical systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Previous experience using CMMS is a plus but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
