We are seeking a skilled Safety Training Instructor to lead and elevate our training programs. This role involves teaching safety courses while developing innovative training programs and managing a team of trainers to deliver outstanding results.

**Key Responsibilities**

Training Delivery:

- Teach safety courses, including Fall Protection, Tower Climbing, PPE Inspection, and Confined Space Rescue Training.
- Adapt training methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure course objectives are met.
- Maintain a high level of engagement with students and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Program Development:

- Design and update training materials and curriculum for the above courses to reflect the latest industry standards and practices.
- Develop innovative training strategies and tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Ensure all training programs meet regulatory and company standards.

Team Leadership:

- Mentor and train new and existing safety trainers.
- Oversee and evaluate the performance of trainers and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Coordinate training schedules and ensure resource availability for all programs.

Management and Growth:

- Lead the continuous improvement of training programs and processes.
- Identify opportunities to expand the scope of training offerings.
- Collaborate with other departments to align safety training with company goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their safety training needs.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in safety training, particularly in Fall Protection, Power Climbing, PPE Inspection, and Confined Spaces.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement training programs.
- Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and team development.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strategic thinker who can align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate.

- Enthusiasm for safety and education, with a commitment to fostering a culture of safety in the workplace.
