**Here at TLS our mission is to provide the best service as a 3pl transportation broker by selling our knowledge and connections to ensure that our clients are comfortable leaving their freight in our hands. With over 40 years in the industry and with an estimated 30-40 employees continuously improving on strengthening their knowledge and connections, we are rapidly growing our business and need additional support to better service our clients.**
**We are currently in search of a Sales Manager who has a never enough mentality and is interested in growing accounts and mentoring/leading sales executives. Our goal is to drive sales, support sales executives and increase customer interactions.**
**Day to Day Task**:
- Leading and mentoring sales executives**
**-Creating sales strategies to ensure Sales Executive success**
**-Overseeing sales targets for your group**
- **Growing and maintaining any current accounts acquired.**
- **Build relationships and interact with customers by understanding their shipping needs and sharing your knowledge of the industry.**
- **Meet and surpass your monthly goals and objectives.**
- **Coordinating with our operations team to assist in providing the best experience for the customer.**
**Who are looking for**:
- **Min. 5 years of experience (In 3PL is preferred.)**
- **Have a positive and leadership attitude.**
**-Willingness to help in all aspects of the sales cycle**
- **Must be bilingual (French/English).**
- **Strong negotiations and written/verbal communication skills.**
- **Ability to work in a team environment.**
- **Strong analytical and organizational skills.**
- **Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry.**
- **Proficient with software systems.**

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un directeur des ventes qui n'a jamais assez de mentalité et qui s'intéresse à la croissance des comptes et au mentorat/à la direction des directeurs des ventes. Notre objectif est de stimuler les ventes, de soutenir les directeurs des ventes et d'augmenter les interactions avec les clients.
Tâches quotidiennes:
- Diriger et encadrer les directeurs des ventes
- Créer des stratégies de vente pour assurer le succès des directeurs des ventes
- Superviser les objectifs de vente pour votre groupe
- Développer et entretenir les comptes actuels acquis.
- Établir des relations et interagir avec les clients en comprenant leurs besoins d'expédition et en partageant vos connaissances du secteur.
- Atteindre et dépasser vos objectifs mensuels.
- Coordonner avec notre équipe d'exploitation pour aider à offrir la meilleure expérience au client.
On recherche:
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience (en 3PL de préférence.)
- Avoir une attitude positive et de leadership.
- Volonté d'aider dans tous les aspects du cycle de vente
- Doit être bilingue (français/anglais).
- Solides compétences en négociation et en communication écrite/verbale.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Solides compétences analytiques et organisationnelles.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois dans un secteur en évolution rapide.
- Maîtrise des systèmes logiciels.
