Toronto, Canada Sterling Karamar Property Management Full time

This is a full-time, temporary contract role from April/May 2025 until September 2025.
**Purpose**:
The Summer Student will provide support to our Residential Property Administration and Office Services team. They will play an essential role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Sterling Karamar’s business and will provide additional support to the Senior Manager, Residential Property Administration, and Executive and Offer Services Support Manager.
Main Responsibilities and Activities
**Residential Administration**:

- Scan various documents and file accordingly.
- Maintain electronic filing system for administration.
- Create and type reports, correspondence, lists, fax sheets and other documents, as necessary.
- Maintain and update accurate records as required.
- Deliver any additional assistance to team with data entry.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
- Other duties as required.

**Scope**:

- Work in close cooperation with the Residential Property Administration and Office Services team.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Minimum: High School Degree
- Preference: Bachelor Degree preferable in Business or General Arts.

**Experience**:

- 2 or more years’ experience in an administrative position within the service industry.
- Preference: experience in Property Management environment.
