Summer Student, Property Management

Location: 22 St. Clair Avenue East, Toronto, Ontario, M4T 2S5Position Title: Summer Student, Property Management – Office & IndustrialTerm Length: Summer 2026 (May – August)Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days in office Position Overview The Summer student will report the AVP, Office & Industrial Property Management and be provided with practical exposure to operations and administration in the context of a fast-paced real estate company, within the Office and Industrial portfolios. During this program, you will: Work and communicate with people across all levels of the organization, while expanding your business network, perform amongst a variety of teams and develop new skillsets and sources of knowledge, and learn and grow as you demonstrate leadership and make connections across our group of companies. Responsibilities Upload and maintain preventative task and mechanical equipment list for the Property and Operations Manager. Assist in organizing charity / tenant events, and BOMA certifications under the direction of the AVP or Property Manager. Organize, consolidate, create, and name a file structure for all building drawings. Maintain a current contractors list for all properties within the portfolios. New vendor and compliance management. Aid on special projects, including but not limited to, reporting and consolidation. Perform a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties including use of Microsoft Office applications, e-filing, photocopying, scheduling meetings etc. Qualifications Currently enrolled in Property Management / Real Estate Maintenance. Proof of good academic performance. Administrative or related office experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with an approachable manner. Outstanding attention to detail. A self-starter with the ability to work independently. Positive attitude.
