**_Role impact:_**

To provide support to the VP Office, including, but not limited to, filing, data entry, and general administrative duties. This is a contract position.

**_What you will deliver:_**
- Provide office administration support including, but not limited to filing, data entry, and general administrative duties.
- Support writing of business cases, financial analysis, benchmarking exercises and creation of diagrams.
- Support Office Managers in Toronto as required
- Other duties as assigned

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (English and French in Quebec)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Team player attitude.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Tact and diplomacy.
- Professional image and demeanor.

**_What you need to succeed:_**

To qualify, applicants must be full-time students, and be available for the full term of the summer opportunity (June to September).
