**Position Summary**:
We are seeking an HR Intern to support our internal HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, record maintenance, training, and engagement initiatives. The role requires confidentiality, professionalism, and collaboration with the HR team.
**Essential Functions**:
- Assist in recruitment by posting internal job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating internal job transfers or promotions.
- Support internal onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials, facilitating sessions, and assisting with paperwork.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and job postings.
- Organize internal training programs and collaborate on employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, including data analysis and report preparation.
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee information.
**Work Environment / Health and Safety**:
- Use personal protective equipment for job tasks.
- Report any equipment defects or safety hazards.
- Adhere to cleanliness and safety standards.
- Be aware of surrounding machinery hazards.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 policies.
- Compliance with safety policies and regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant diploma or degree program (e.g., Human Resources Management, Business Administration).
- Strong interest in HR and practical experience desire.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8AM - 4:30 PM
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship / Co-op
Pay: $22.33 per hour
