Digital Content Manager

**About the Role**: Mediflow is searching for a Digital Content Manager with E-commerce / DTC brand experience, who is enthusiastic about the sleep/pillow industry to join our team. Our small but growing team requires entrepreneurial vision. We are looking for a hands-on content lead who has an excellent track record of taking ownership of a brands content, social media and influencer / affiliate partnerships. **Responsibilities**: **Content Creation** - Owns Mediflow's content development and strategy - In charge of creating content for Mediflow on Amazon - Product Pages, A+ Pages, and Brand Pages - Develops compelling brand stories **Social Media** - Develop and execute channel strategies for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and new and emerging platforms - Driving sales through social commerce - Managing Influencers and Affiliate Partnerships - Lead the development of influencer plans, strategies, and timelines - Create/update influencer assets and ensure they are suitable representations of our brand voice, message, and story - Source and identify the best partners for respective influencer programs based on qualitative and quantitative judgements - Build weekly, monthly, and program-specific KPI reports that highlight engagement, reach, and costs, pulling key insights and recommendations - Manage social media content calendars from priorities to execution, including collaboration with the ecommerce and design team members - Responsible for setting the annual strategy and KPIs for the Mediflow and ensuring that all social content is created in alignment with the company’s strategy and priorities **Must Have Skills**: - 3 to 5 years of experience in a content creation role for an ecommerce / DTC brand - North American Market Experience - Strong understanding of North America’s changing influencer landscape, and a passion for staying up to date on industry trends - 3 to 5 years of experience with influencer marketing - Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms - Excellent ecommerce Copywriting skills - Working knowledge Ecommerce Platforms. Shopify, WordPress, and Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central. - Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media - Possesses a sense of urgency; and is detail-minded - Speed and flexibility >> can identify red-flag breaks that need immediate fixing, but also opportunities - High attention to detail and organization skills >> willing to juggle many things at once and prioritize effectively, while keeping a strong focus on details If you have the required experience and skill set and want to help build and scale something big, we have a home for you.
