**Digital Content Marketer**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Content Creation
- Adhering to and staying updated with social media best practices and tools
- Understanding platform-optimized content and how to repurpose any form of content to feel custom-crafted for another platform

Engagement-Driven
- Understanding individual client goals and how content-specific metrics impact an overall omni-channel marketing plan for clients
- Strong skills in presenting results and performing in-depth social media audits for clients
- The ability to create content, not just as a deliverable, but as a strategic part of larger campaigns that are results-driven toward engagement and growth
- Community management for blogs and social media platforms for assigned clients, including responses to reviews or inquiries

Digital Marketing Support
- Creating content assets for the Digital Marketing team for other content platforms such as blogs, websites, and business profiles
- Manage and update client websites as required
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field
- 2 years of working experience in Digital Marketing in an Agency setting
- Experience working with and understanding major social media platforms such as, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tiktok
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Experience working with Google Suite, Wordpress, and other Content Management software
- Able to self-manage multiple priorities and projects
- Adapable and comfortable with change
- Team player - knows when and how to collaborate

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Delivering digital marketing social media results for clients and NVISION
- Project management - accountable for timely delivery of content calendar and blog to clients
- Managing up - understand the goals of clients and management and adapt in each situation by seeking answers and suggesting solution
- High level of attention to detail
- Showing initiative with tools and processes, including actively seeking out opportunities to streamline and enhance workflow efficiency while demonstrating a commitment to continued learning
- Exhibit strong independent thinking, capable of analyzing situations from multiple perspectives, challenging norms, and presenting inventive solutions

- Ability to attend and conduct presentations
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- Overtime as required
