- As a receptionist within Pomerleau's administrative team, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the Montreal office. In particular, you will have the opportunity to work closely with your colleagues, supporting them in a variety of administrative tasks.-
- What you will do:
- Warmly welcome visitors and ensure their registration via the electronic sign-in system.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, correspondence, deliveries, and shipments.
- Coordinate meeting room and collaboration space bookings.
- Assist with new employee onboarding and prepare welcome kits.
- Manage transportation passes, office supplies, purchase orders, and requests via PomSpace.
- Maintain inventory and restock stationery across floors, PPE, first aid kits, and copier supplies.
- Replace furniture items as needed based on available inventory.
- Support on-site events and assist colleagues with logistics.
- Oversee contractors working in the Montréal office.
- Maintain shared spaces and collaborate with the property manager.
- Follow up on invoices with the accounts payable team.This role could be for you if you have:
- More than 5 years' experience as a receptionist or in a related field
- A high degree of professionalism and exceptional communication skills
