**Requirements**:

- OTL - Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life insurance license (must be able to obtain)
- Sales experience (preferred)
- Looking to build a career
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Strong work ethic
- Organized, with the ability to problem-solve
- Ability to work as a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task

**Responsibilities**:

- Comprehend, market and quote all products and services the Agency has to offer
- Develop leads through outbound calls, pivoting and referrals
- Identify customer needs and determine gaps in coverage through value-based conversations
- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service

**SALARY RANGE: $50000 - $80000 / year**
