**Position Description**

The site superintendent is responsible for the efficient completion of all projects. The position requires exceptional time management and commitment to customer satisfaction on multiple projects simultaneously. Coordinating closely with the scheduling department, the superintendent is responsible for the successful planning of projects on an ongoing basis.

The site superintendent is accountable to the President and is responsible for the following tasks, including but not limited to:

- Effective planning of new projects on an ongoing basis including manpower, equipment, and debris removal
- Communication with customers on an ongoing basis regarding job progress, concerns, or extras
- Development of customer relationships through networking and lunch meetings
- Monitoring and management of field crew job progress via daily job site visits
- Coordination with estimators for initial site visit outlining scope of work
- Effective leadership of field team in completing scope on time and on budget
- Development and communication of effective demolition and deconstruction plans to team members when necessary
- Stewardship of all customers, ensuring core values are exemplified on all active sites
- Consistent open communication between the team and the client
- Coordination with scheduling and tool attendant teams, ensuring the team is prepared with all the necessary equipment and manpower
- Planning the successful completion of each project

**Necessary Skillset**
- Excellent time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong knowledge of all facets of demolition
- Able to quickly react to changes and overcome challenges
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Poof of COVID-19 Vaccination is required

**Qualifications**
- One year of demolition experience, preferably in project coordination
- Fall Arrest, CSTS, Aerial Lift, & First Aid Tickets
- Valid class 5 drivers license
- One year experience in leading a team
- One month anniversary of hire - Photo at the front door
- Three month anniversary of hire - Paid lunch with Owners
- First mortgage - $100.00 gift card Home Depot and plant
- Divorce - Three hours of financial planning
- Death - Three hours of grief counseling
- Wedding - $250.00 towards wedding pictures
- Birthday - Morning off with pay ( if Birthday falls on a weekend the next business day )

- Six month anniversary of hire - movie tickets for two
