Hiring from within Canada a Demolition Foreman with a minimum of 5 years Demolition Experience.

**Responsibilities**:
- Complete FLHA, daily reports, perform tool-box meetings and site inspections using Site Docs.
- Lead and supervise a team of demolition workers on-site.
- Coordinate and schedule demolition activities according to project timelines.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate and maintain demolition equipment.
- Monitor progress and report to project managers.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Tracking crew hours and submit for payroll.
- Keep track of scope of work and manpower on Time and Material basis.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a foreman or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools required.
- Ability to effectively communicate with the team and perform all duties in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Fall Protection, Aerial Work Platform & First Aid tickets are considered an asset, but not mandatory.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and understand project specifications.
