You'll tap into rapidly growing markets with a vast pool of potential clients, immediately enhancing your income and experiencing exciting new challenges that will utilize your full skill set. **Who You Are**: - A proactive "Hunter", always on the lookout for new opportunities. - A social butterfly and a natural at building relationships. - Self-motivated, with a knack for taking the initiative. - A skilled negotiator with excellent communication abilities. - Well-organized and adept at balancing multiple priorities. **Requirements**: - Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. - Proficient in Microsoft Windows/MS Office. - Experience in the construction industry and/or working with property managers is preferred **Duties**: - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities - Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement **Location**:South Western Ontario (London to Oakville).
