Adventure Connections is re imerging and we are looking for an experienced Event Co ordinator to be the cornerstone of the business.

This position involves not only setting up events but being involved in establishing ourselves with alliances. Our database alliances are squash courts, tennis and Paddle ball organizations. We offer events, activities and a dating component.

You should be highly organized, experienced in running events and self motivated and self-directed.

We are currently finalizing our dating/events app and are looking for the right individual to run this organiztion.

We will be running 4 international events per year and bi weekly events ranging from hiking to skiing with speed dating type of events in between.

You MUST be able to play raquet sports and have an entreprenuerial spirit.

Renumeration is based upon results.

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and objectives.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
- Manage budgets effectively while maximizing value through upselling opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best rates and services.
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed as planned.
- Provide exceptional guest services throughout the event to ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination within the hospitality industry (restaurant or hotel experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management related to event planning is desirable.
- A background in upselling services or products during events is advantageous.
