In case you’re curious, here’s what the industry thinks of us, some of the **impacts we've made to the communities we work in** and our latest **impact report.** Never settling for the status quo or doing anything "just because that's the way it's always been done" is a large part of the entrepreneurial spirit that sets EllisDon apart from our competitors; and it’s our people that continue to support this as they choose to grow internally and take on new challenges and opportunities. **In the position of a Talent Development Specialist, we would ask you to do the following**: - Lead the end-to-end development of training programs from inception to implementation. - Engage and manage Subject Matter Experts to compile and prepare course content for training programs. - Design, create and maintain all materials for training programs including slide decks, speaker’s notes, facilitator training, handouts, activities etc. - Facilitate thought provoking and engaging training sessions to employees using a variety of training techniques. - Work with the Talent Development Coordinator to manage training logistics such as promoting, scheduling, invoicing, tracking etc. - Help deliver excellent customer service to our partner teams, employees, and external vendors. - Build relationships between the Talent Development team and the different Business Units and external vendors. - Evaluate and select training programs to be brought in for piloting. **Sounds challenging and exciting, right?
