In this dynamic role, you’ll be the driving force behind hiring for our logistics portfolio, builders division, tech roles, and more. You’ll collaborate with a supportive, high-energy team that’s all about innovation, teamwork, and making great hires happen.

**As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will**:

- Partner up Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver recruitment magic.
- Keep it fresh Regularly check in with leaders to fine-tune recruiting strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- Think outside the job board Build creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies—no “post and pray” here.
- Stay sharp Keep up with the latest recruiting trends and techniques to stay competitive.
- Seal the deal Prepare and present compelling job offers to your top picks.
- Be a change champion Drive innovation and continuous improvement in everything you do.
- Educate and empower Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process with confidence.
- Keep things moving Evaluate resumes, schedule interviews, and keep the hiring process smooth and efficient.
- Jump in where needed—because teamwork makes the dream work

**To thrive in this role, you bring a mix of experience**:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience (HR diploma or in progress is a bonus)
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience—you know your stuff
- Proven track record of building proactive sourcing strategies that deliver results.
- Tech-savvy and social media smart—bonus points for ATS experience.
- Confident negotiator with experience in salary discussions.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills and a can-do attitude.
- Quick thinker with a knack for creative problem-solving.
- Able to juggle multiple roles and priorities like a pro.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with ATS tools.
- Stellar communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

**Contract Duration**:12-month contract to cover a maternity leave, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role depending on business needs and individual performance.
