**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting to the Lead Program Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

- Lead a portfolio of new product introductions, projects of standard or custom parts meeting the project and customer needs.
- Work hand in hand with the Product Manager and Customer to prioritize.
- Collaborate with sourcing to manage the vendor's required to execute the programs.
- Interface with internal and external customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Connect with other project leaders in the business and drive continuous improvement.
- Remain responsive to product needs throughout the life cycle of the product.
- Support or lead engineering change notices (ECN) as required.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience in managing product developments.
- Experience in designing products and technical drawings.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team of customer service representatives.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to resolve issues and escalations quickly and effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities, customer needs, and business requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Program management: 2 years (preferred)
