**Job Title**: IT Infrastructure Manager
**Division**: IT/MIS
**Location**: Baie D’Urfé, QC or Philadelphia
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM
**Reports To**: Director, IT Infrastructure & Security
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and oversee DCC Technology North America’s hybrid infrastructure environment, supporting 150+ servers across the U.S. and Canada. This role ensures the stability, performance, and scalability of on-premises and cloud infrastructure while maintaining alignment across regional sites.
The Infrastructure Manager will lead the infrastructure team, drive modernization initiatives, and ensure reliable operations in close collaboration with the outsourced SOC for security operations and the internal Audit team for compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leadership, Strategy & Projects
- Manage and mentor the infrastructure team, providing technical guidance, workload prioritization, and professional development.
- Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to ensure clear escalation paths and smooth service delivery.
- Lead key infrastructure initiatives, including system upgrades, data center and cloud migrations, and technology modernization projects.
- Define and contribute to the infrastructure roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging technologies.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets related to infrastructure services.
- Infrastructure Management
- Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing operations of core infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
- Monitor and optimize performance, availability, and capacity across hybrid environments.
- Maintain standardized processes across North American sites to ensure consistent infrastructure operations.
- Security Operations & Compliance
- Oversee vulnerability management processes, including regular scanning, remediation planning, and patching across infrastructure systems.
- Manage and respond to infrastructure-related security alerts and incidents, coordinating with the SOC and other stakeholders as needed.
- Address and remediate audit findings, ensuring infrastructure controls remain compliant with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Resilience & Documentation
- Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities remain tested and operational.
- Maintain detailed infrastructure documentation including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and asset inventories.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial position.
- Strong technical expertise in:

- Server Environments: Windows (Active Directory, domain services, etc.); familiarity with Unix/Linux appliances a plus
- Networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls)
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Cloud platform (Microsoft Azure)
- Storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
- Solid understanding of IT security principles and compliance standards.
- Proven success managing cross-site infrastructure projects and distributed teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and lead in a collaborative environment.

**Bonus Qualifications**:

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure) are a strong asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, is a plus.
