**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities and trends.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
- Provide administrative support including maintaining accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in commercial real estate or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively meet client needs.
- Proficient in market analysis and negotiation techniques.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong administrative skills for managing paperwork and documentation efficiently.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.

Pay: $36,614.65-$174,446.25 per year
