**Responsibilities**:

- Take full ownership over affiliate, influencer and similar marketing channels.
- Work with our marketing, merchandising and ops team closely to maximize channel revenue and tailor offers.
- Build, improve & maintain our systems for managing affiliate/influencer marketing.
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution by working with our marketing, operations, and product teams.
- Develop and improve service procedures, policies and standards.
- Use Google Sheets/Excel for reporting purposes. Being able to utilize VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etcis critical
- Utilize software like Google Analytics, RockerBox (attribution) and more to understand the customer journey, and improve efficacy of our efforts.
- Recruit, mentor and develop your direct reports. The ideal applicant has previous management experience.
- Manage a large number of existing affiliates & influencers.

**Requirements**:

- Full circle eCommerce experience. You understand how channels interact with each other and are able to work with our marketing team to adjust them as required to maximize gross profits.
- Able to work with other members of the marketing team to maximize value from the influencers we work with. For example, moving our performing affiliates into whitelisting programs.
- Excellent strong oral and written English communication skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Ensure that the company's best interests are represented including profitability, and cost control.
- Experience in a relevant industry such as crafting, floral or similar products is an asset.
- Experience managing teams to KPIs. Ideally you’ve worked with a management system like EOS, Scaling Up or OKRs.
- Comfortable working ~50 to 60 hours a week routinely in MST/US timezone.
