_As a leading manufacturer in Pressure Sensitive Labels, Caxton Mark Inc. islooking to expand our sales team and get more feet on the ground in the London-Guelph-Toronto area. The new member of the sales team will be solely focused on growing our label sales and networking to expand our reach within the region. _

**_DIVERSE & FUNCTIONAL_**
- Caxton Mark offers a variety of film, paper & specialty face stocks and adhesives to satisfy every requirement for pressure sensitive label projects, whether the need is for multi coloured printed or blank labels. With our full in-house prepress department we are able to create the label that will give the product immediate shelf appeal._
- It is our commitment to deliver superior service and quality in label printing and packaging each and every day. Our ultimate goal is to make sure your product label and packaging, outperforms the competition._

**_DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- _Maintain existing business and generate new business; including communication and cooperation with existing Sales Agents, Distributors and End User customers_
- _Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and existing customers_
- _Conduct daily sales calls with face-to-face meetings _
- _Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers_
- _Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts_
- _Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally_
- _Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs_
- _Assist in the marketing and promotion of Caxton Mark through the selection of all trade shows, including recommendations for the design, content and attendance; and to coordinate the introduction, promotion and customer follow up for all new product developments._

**_What we are looking for: _**
- As a seasoned sales professional you will bring to the table a minimum of 3 years in outside sales, preferably with direct label sales experience. You will be a dynamic and outgoing individual who isn’t afraid to take the lead going after new clients as well as being able to manage current accounts._

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
