**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri

**Location**:Level Ground Office, 1757 Sean Heights, Victoria BC with potential hybrid arrangement

**Compensation**:$38,000-42,000 annually

- **Job Overview**_
- The Digital Marketing Coordinator position assists the marketing team in Amazon Vendor/Seller Management, Shopify Management, coordination of promotions across digital channels, and general marketing support._
- **Amazon Vendor/Seller Central**_
- Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and keywords_
- Submit and track promotional, event, and marketing forms within Vendor/Seller Central_
- Monitor account health, sales performance, and inventory levels_
- Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure timely fulfillment of promotions_
- Manage advertising campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) and analyze results_
- **Shopify**_
- Update product pages, pricing, and inventory in Shopify to maintain multiple online storefronts_
- Coordinate creative requests for new product imagery, banners, and promotional graphics_
- Ensure site design, copy, and visuals meet brand guidelines and provide a consistent customer_

- Test and troubleshoot site changes to ensure functionality and mobile optimization_
- Create promotional campaigns, discount codes, and landing pages_
- Review analytics to assess site performance and implement improvments_
- Support influencer and affiliate partnerships by coordinating product, tracking posts, and_
- gathering performance data_
- **DTC External Channels**_
- Develop, schedule, and publish content across paid and organic website partners_
- Coordinate creative needs for ads, social content, and landing page assets with design/copy_
- Monitor performance metrics to recommend optimizations_
- Maintain brand consistency across all external digital placements,_
- Research emerging platforms, trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities_
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns_

- **Role Requirements**_
- Experience in Shopify’s e-com platform_
- Experience running advertisements on: Google, Meta_
- Knowledge of the Adobe suite or Canva_
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365 suite_
- Comfortable with new technology and software programs_

- Understanding of the context of CPG & Speciality Coffee industries_
- Amazon Vendor/Seller Central_
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and e-commerce best practices_
