  • **General Office Administration**:Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • **Document Management**:Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

  • **Communication**:Coordinate internal and external communications.
  • **Supply Management**:Monitor and replenish office supplies.
  • **Financial Administration**:Assist in processing invoices and maintaining financial records.

Support budget tracking and expense reporting.

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate
