Position Overview

The Care Coordinator will play a key role in managing client and family support, overseeing caregiver and nursing staff, handling administrative operations, and assisting with marketing and business development efforts. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Family Support
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, families, and caregivers, ensuring exceptional service and personalized care.
- Address client concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and trust in the company’s services.
- Collaborate with families to develop care plans that align with their needs and preferences.

Staffing & Team Leadership
- Coordinate and oversee caregiver and nursing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to maintain a highly skilled and compassionate team.
- Monitor staff performance, provide mentorship, and foster a positive and professional work environment.

Office Management & Administrative Operations
- Oversee the smooth operation of office activities, including documentation, compliance, and communication.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, employee schedules, and quality assurance measures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Marketing & Business Development
- Assist in growing the company’s online presence through social media and branding initiatives.
- Explore new opportunities for client acquisition, including community engagement and partnerships.
- Take the lead in event planning and coordination to increase awareness of Tender Nursing Care’s services.
- Contribute to the development of potential expansion projects, including a new branch.

Quality Improvement & Strategic Growth
- Identify areas for operational and service improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to maintain the company’s reputation for excellence.
- Support leadership in exploring future business models, including percentage-based compensation structures.

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or office management is an asset.
- Proficiency in scheduling, staffing, and administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and business development strategies is a plus

How to Apply

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Office management: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
