Mint tiny house company are hiring. Mint Tiny House Company manufactures quality Tiny House RV's and Park models in our manufacturing facility located in Tilbury industrial estate in Delta BC.

We are currently hiring for the role of a Production manager who can grow with our company. This position will involve the Production management of our Finishing division.

**Responsibilities**
- Create production schedules for projects.
- Coordinate, coach, motivate, monitor, supervise and direct employees on a daily basis to achieve goals and targets in meeting company expectations.
- Track build progress / timelines and co-ordinate with management and production staff daily on build progress.
- Monitor the quality control and conduct testing procedures on builds.
- Create daily work orders for all production team members.
- Ensure all work is being carried out at maximum efficiency.
- Implement new methods for improving the overall efficiency of the workshop.
- Implement ideas for reducing waste construction materials.
- Motivate employees and maintain good shop morale.
- Ensure compliance is maintained to the appropriate standards.
- Conduct Performance reviews for assigned employees and identify requirement(s) for individual development.
- Participate in the recruitment and training process for new employees.
- Responsible for special projects in order to ensure a continuous improvement of the shop.
- Conduct weekly crew meeting with all team members and maintain records of meetings.
- Participate in Team Leader meetings in order to discuss/solve inter-departmental issues and to drive internal and external projects actively.
- Ensure workshop overall health and safety environment is maintained in accordance with Worksafe BC guidelines.
- Audit and monitor the condition of all tooling and equipment, and coordinate repairs/maintenance with other departments.

**Experience / education Required**
- Experience in production scheduling
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes
- Background in manufacturing and/or engineering environments
- Background in modular housing construction
- Background in people and project management

**Salary**: $75,783.00-$90,000.00 per year
