**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain electronic document management systems (EDMS) across multiple projects.
- Ensure accurate classification, metadata tagging, and version control of all project documents.
- Coordinate and support the distribution and tracking of controlled documents and deliverables.
- Conduct periodic quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with internal and client standards.
- Support the development and refinement of document control procedures and workflows and ensure its alignment with the established Document Management Plan.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely document submissions and approvals.
- Act as a key point of contact for document control-related queries.
- 7-10 years of experience in document control, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or capital projects.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration, or a related field or relevant experience.
- Certification in document management or information governance from a recognized institution is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of document control principles, including lifecycle management, versioning, and archiving.
- Proven experience in capital project environments with knowledge of design and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and other document management platforms & collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, ProjectWise, ACC, Bluebeam etc).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Experience conducting quality assurance reviews and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
