Aventus has evolved and grown since inception by being involved and responsible for the creation of thousands of mid-rise and high-rise homes in successful new communities. 

**Essential Functions**:

- Liaise with key company employees to determine their product and service needs.
- Manage the procurement processes, including the purchasing or obtaining of raw specified materials, resources, goods, services, consultants and sub-trades. This can include interacting with global products and service providers.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and proactively replenish stock to ensure continuous support for ongoing projects.
- Monitor supplier performance for optimal business operations performance.
- Finalize purchase details and approving purchase requests and purchase orders (in collaboration with management).
- Manage the procure-to-pay process, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and paying for goods and services.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field.
- Project Management training/certification an asset.
- 2-3 year related experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation.
- Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and materials.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Some knowledge of Acumatica, P2P, Yardi an asset.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
