- **Essential Functions**:_

**Project Coordination**
- Support Project Managers to develop and actively maintain the project schedule, documentation, and ensure project targets are achieved.
- Manage the coordination and approval of shop drawings, RFI’s and site instructions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor and support purchase order process and reconciliation, ensuring that all changes are properly tracked, evaluated, and approved to maintain cost integrity (tracking progress against PO’s and entering them into the system).
- Assistant the Development/Construction leader in workload management of PM’s (weekly workload planning)
- Participate in department/site meetings and document meeting minutes.
- Organize and ensure development & construction billing documentation is delivered to the Finance & Accounting department accurately and on time.

**Procurement Coordination**

Liaise with key company employees to determine their product and service needs.
- Manage the procurement processes, including the purchasing or obtaining of raw specified materials, resources, goods, and services. This can include interacting with global products and service providers.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and proactively replenish stock to ensure continuous support for ongoing projects.
- Monitor supplier performance for optimal business operations performance.
- Finalize purchase details and approving purchase requests and purchase orders (in collaboration with management).
- Manage the procure-to-pay process, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and paying for goods and services.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field
- Project Management training/certification an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation.
- Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and materials.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Some knowledge of Acumatica, P2P, Yardi an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
