I’m the founder of one of Canada’s leading mortgage firms. I run fast, I expect a lot, and I’m deeply committed to excellence for our clients, our team, and our impact. ⚡ What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
This is not a passive support role. You will be _my right hand_—keeping me focused, organized, and moving at full speed while helping the company execute at a high level.
Your job is to:
- **Own my calendar and time**: Schedule meetings, seminars, and events, prioritize what matters most, and eliminate distractions.
- **Manage intake**: Be the first point of contact for new clients and referral partner connections, set the tone and set the meetings.
- **Keep gifting and follow-up flowing**: Handle client and referral gifting, event planning, and post-funding relationship programs with precision.
- **Support the team**: Track staff milestones, help manage vacation days, payroll updates, bonuses, and internal communication.
- **Document and organize**: Take killer notes, follow up on meetings, and make sure no ball gets dropped.
- **Be a glue**: Pitch in wherever needed, from event support to client calls to high-level admin work.
- **Operations**:Ideally grow into supporting operations related support.
This role is fully remote, with occasional in-person event support depending on location.

Compensation + Opportunity
- **Starting at $55,000+**, depending on experience, but willing to compensate more for someone who does even better.
- You’ll be treated well, this is a role I value deeply.
