**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Support payroll processing using systems such as ADP, Ceridian, or UltiPro.
- Conduct account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial statements.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or Workday for various accounting functions.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budget preparation and account analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation for audits.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday) is highly desirable.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll systems (ADP, Ceridian, Kronos), and bookkeeping practices.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform accurate calculations and data analysis.
- Familiarity with financial services and principles of budgeting is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
