**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities, Skills & Abilities**:

- Working knowledge of Dynamics GP.
- Understanding of standard accounting practices.
- Strong verbal and writing skills.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping functions, ensuring payments are processed in a timely manner.
- Prepare reconciliations and analysis required for journal entries and the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of journal entries.
- Maintain all records with impeccable accuracy and timeliness.
- Other accounting projects as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.
- Relief coverage of other positions will be required when needed.
- Organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task while still maintaining great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn, adapt and take initiative in light of new information and/or organizational changes.
- Ability to identify administrative inefficiencies and provide input on improving systems and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience is required.
- Certificate, diploma or degree in business administration, bookkeeping, accounting, and/or a related field, an asset.
