Nepenthe International is looking for a motivated individual, who is looking for flexible work hours during the week. This is a flexible part-time position up to 10 hours per week, with the ability to increase to full-time work after several months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, forms, and reports
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Assist with the implementation of a property management software
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning

**Requirements**:

- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and tenants
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
