The primary objective of this role is to provide technical assistance to external vendors in EDI transmissions. You will need to demonstrate technical problem solving skills and a passion for technology and strong EDI skills. You will be expected to work collaboratively with multiple teams to provide the best possible service.

**Duties include (but not limited to)**:
Monitor data exchanges between our systems and external partners
Manage reported incidents and correct each case in a timely manner
Work with internal teams on projects
Be responsible for the quality of the work assigned to him/her
Stay abreast of technological advances to help develop our best practices
All other related tasks

Bachelor's degree or technical college diploma in computer science, programming or software/computer engineering
Knowledge of EDI concepts and standards
Ability to handle a high volume of requests, triage, prioritize
Must have good adaptability, analytical and communication skills
Ability to plan work and manage time effectively

L'objectif principal de ce rôle est de fournir une assistance technique aux fournisseurs externes dans les transmissions EDI. Gérer les incidents signalés et corriger chaque cas en temps opportun
Travailler avec des équipes internes sur des projets
Être responsable de la qualité du travail qui lui est confié
Se tenir au courant des avancées technologiques pour contribuer au développement de nos meilleures pratiques
Toutes autres tâches connexes

Baccalauréat ou diplôme d'études collégiales techniques en informatique, programmation ou génie logiciel/informatique
Connaissance des concepts et normes EDI
Capacité à gérer un volume élevé de demandes, triage, prioriser
Doit avoir une bonne capacité d'adaptation, d'analyse et de communication
Capacité à planifier le travail et à gérer son temps efficacement
