**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to track milestone deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed to ensure project success.
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to support project objectives and timelines.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and teams involved in the integration process.
- Monitor and report on project progress, status, and budget to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, information systems, or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant business experience workin on technology transformation projects (ERP, Business..)
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems integration, and management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Strong proficiency in English; bilingualism is an asset.
- Project management certification is an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Data Management and EDI experience are assets.
- Effective change agent between business stakeholders.
