**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings for staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up to date in our systems.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about services offered, enhancing customer service experience.
- Utilize Office 365 for various administrative tasks, including document creation and spreadsheet management.
**Experience**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
