**Job Requirements**
- Be primary contact for production issues
- Security Administration of the ERP systems
- Work with business sponsors, functional users, and IT management to prioritize issues
- Work with business users to troubleshoot and gather necessary issue details
- Conduct troubleshooting to determine if issues impact customizations or standard functionality
- Log incidents at Infor Help desk for issues and escalate issues as necessary
- Monitor all issues associated with area of responsibility through issue resolution
- Review monthly updates from Vendor and identify the impact on customizations
- Troubleshoot Syteline configuration settings and parameters
- Understand and maintain configuration settings and parameters
- Assist SMEs to develop and execute test plans to ensure solution meets functional specifications
- Require sign off of functional specification(s) from necessary business SMEs
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing and documenting test results
- Troubleshoot Syteline configuration settings and parameters
- Understand and maintain configuration settings and parameters
- Work with Project Manager to assist with new Syteline functionality set up and configuration
- Other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- At least 2 years of Infor Syteline (CloudSuite Industrial 10) experience
- Business/Systems Analyst work experience required
