We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent organizational and communication skills for our Project Coordinator role.
**Your day-to-day success is determined by your ability to**:
- Coordinate and organize project orders to ensure orders are picked, inspected, consolidated, tagged, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Warehouse related tasks as assigned are completed on a timely basis.
- Material handling, inventory and vendor receiving, inspection and shipping are done in accordance with DistributionNOW’s Quality Management System and processes.
- Generate and create reports as requested.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external groups to support excellent collaboration between the branch and all parts of the company.
- Serve as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues.
- Review work performed by others and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Forecast and plan resource requirements.
- Attention to details and adhere to timelines.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures to promote and ensure the safe work environment for all.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
**As best of the best, you possess**:
- 1-year prior experience warehouse experience in the oil and gas field is an asset.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP is an asset.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office & Outlook is preferred.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (Drug, alcohol, and fitness to work).
