GLVT is currently hiring for a **Seasonal Project Coordinator**.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in transitioning proposal/quotation to executable project, which includes: Obtaining and creating required project documents
- Creating and maintaining updated scope lists for field staff
- Setting up and maintaining material quantities, vendors, subcontractors, and contact info
- Assisting in subcontractor management with the project team
- Coordinating and communicating any project changes to field staff
- Organizing and managing project files
- Tracking, managing, and properly storing all GLVT site photography
- Maintaining paperwork associated with GLVT’s quality assurance and quality control
- Assisting in risk mitigation, safety, and environmental components of the projects
- Supporting project financial tracking and key performance indicators
- Representing GLVT management at meetings by documenting decisions, flagging scope discrepancies, driving change order processes, and managing client expectations
- Supporting client relationship management with professionalism and balanced communication.

**Estimating Responsibilities**
- Build base project estimates using LMN and Excel templates
- Gather and coordinate supplier and subcontractor quotes
- Develop the quote structure for review and finalization by the Construction Manager
- Assist in collecting pricing for change orders and scope additions during project execution

**Scheduling Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain project schedules based on timelines provided by the project team
- Coordinate schedule updates with site staff and support schedule adherence through consistent communication
- Be able to work independently with staff across multiple locations
- Be flexible with working hours and job site or office locations

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Construction Management, CET, LAT, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years’ experience in the construction industry
- Familiarity with construction drawings, techniques, materials, specifications, and safety
- Experience with project estimating tools such as LMN and Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to support estimating, scheduling, and project delivery processes
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Adobe Suite
- Familiarity with Telegram, Site Docs, or similar tools is considered an asset

**SALARY AND HOURS**
- $23-$30 per hour
- 30-40 hours per week (seasonal flexibility)

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
