**Position Summary**
- Administrative support for the permitted movement of heavy haul loads by working with internal and external resources to identify and permit approved routes of transport.
- Work with an inside team of dispatch and driver managers along with outside service providers and permitting entities at both the state and local levels to ensure project requirements are met.
- This position requires a highly adaptable person, capable of thinking on their feet in order to anticipate project needs while staying on budget.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate setup and contracts for state police, utility trucks and other services necessary for transport of oversize loads
- Use several different state and municipal websites to obtain permits
- Monitor permitting services on multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that internal and external team members have continuous and concise updates
- Independently solve problems in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communicator, both written and verbally
- Very strong computer skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills applicable both internally and externally
- Able to think on your feet to anticipate problem areas and identify alternate solutions
- Results driven with the ability to effectively tackle setbacks and resistance

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
