We are currently hiring for a Safety and Compliance Administrator.
- tasking skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work based on immediate needs in order to keep up with a fast paced and constantly changing work load. Success in this role requires a knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations for the Transportation Industry.

Role and Responsibilities

This role is responsible for ensuring the compliance and completion of various regulations and responsibilities specifically required by the transportation industry.

Audit driver logs, driver communication and feedback as a result of log audits
CT-PAT, PIP, CSA program administration
Obtaining licensing, transponders, permits, etc. for trucks
Administer and monitor insurance claims
Record inspections and violations
Manage drug/alcohol testing
Chair health & safety committee
Other duties as required
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Knowledge of MTO and DOT regulations
Computer literate - Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to research and remain current as regulations change

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Transportation management systems: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
- Safety and Compliance: 2 years (preferred)
