**Job Title**: Machine Technician - Food Manufacturing

We are looking for an **experienced Machine Technician** to join our team and support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of specialized equipment in our production facility.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot:

- Form Fill & Seal Machines
- Tub Line Labeling Machines
- Tunnel Ovens
- Shrink Wrappers
- Date Coding Machines
- Metal Detectors
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Ensure all machines run efficiently and meet production targets.
- Work closely with the maintenance manager and production staff to resolve equipment issues quickly.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Follow all **health, safety, and food safety (HACCP/GMP)** standards.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience as a Machine Technician in a food manufacturing or related environment.
- Strong background in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
- Experience with food production machinery (form fill and seal, tunnel ovens, labelling lines, etc.) is required.
- Knowledge of PLC systems and automation is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
