**Overview**

Stephano Group Ltd. is a family owned, Canadian food processing company. We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining equipment and systems, supporting daily maintenance operations, and troubleshooting systems.

**Duties**
- Install and troubleshoot industrial electrical wiring.
- Install / program and troubleshoot adjustable frequency AC and DC motor drives.
- Install, repair, and calibrate instruments, control valves, actuators, and positioners.
- Install control systems for rebuilds or new systems.
- Install electrical control panels and wire raceways.
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical control systems.
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair pneumatic and hydraulic control systems
- Performed preventive maintenance and repairs of all production equipment and facility grounds.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs to ensure operational function of facility.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**
- 433A or 442A certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician.
- Experience working in food processing and equipment an asset
- Manual dexterity and troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- G license and access to a vehicle required
- Ability to work weekends if required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in English for effective communication
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Electrical skills for troubleshooting and repairs
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
