**Summary**
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Sales Operations, the Marketing Coordinator will work to support the strategic efforts of WOLF’s Sales and Marketing teams.
**Job Duties/Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing marketing activities that align with WOLF’s go-to market strategy
- Support overall sales and marketing efforts by means of preparing assigned reports, developing presentations, briefs, and press release materials
- Coordinate tradeshow activities by liaising with internal departments (Logistics, Graphics, Sales) to ensure preparedness for events
- Support the digital marketing strategy across various social media platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube
- Develop and help implement merchandising strategies to balance customer expectations and company objectives
- Create and develop marketing materials using graphic design skills across platforms such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator as well as various other Adobe suite products
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure datasheets and products are aligned on company website
- Support the Sales team as they establish and maintain customer relationships through means of marketing collateral availability and completion
- Utilize website analytics and click rate trends to support future promotion using data to define customer interest and product success
- Exhibit strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Build strong relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment with both internal and external parties
- Manage parallel activities and projects and ability to prioritize efforts
- Additional duties as assigned
**Skills/Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing/graphic design or any closely related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing
- 1-2 years of experience in Graphic design
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS with a basic understanding of web design principles
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in PC Microsoft Suite programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Motivated and outgoing self-starter
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools
- Positive, professional, and strong work ethic
- Audio/Video editing skills/experience is an asset
- Google Analytics / Ads experience is an asset
- Comfortable multi-tasking and demonstrate willingness and aptitude to learn
**Working Conditions**
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute to Stouffville 2 - 3 times per week
- Must be comfortable sitting at a computer and working on a computer for prolonged periods of time
**Requirements for Employment at WOLF**
WOLF is a military and aerospace manufacturer requiring strict adherence to CGP and ITAR requirements.
Applicants must be able to provide valid documentation to show either Canadian or US citizenship, or Canadian Permanent Resident, and undergo a police check with no criminal background.
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
