EBFA is a non-profit organization formed in 1993 to provide administrative services to multi-employer pension, health and welfare, and education trust funds for IBEW Local Union 424 plan members. EBFA provides support to five Boards and their committees.
**We are seeking an Executive Assistant.**
This unionized position works with the Chief Administrative and Financial Officers, as well as other Executive Assistants, in support of Board members in a fast-paced and cooperative work atmosphere.
**We are offering the following**:
- A permanent full-time position in a 35-hour work week with regular business hours.

- Compensation starting at $28.57 per hour (rate negotiable commensurate with education and experience) plus employer-paid pension and benefits.
**Job Duties**
- Provide general administrative support to senior management and Board members
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and professional-level correspondence
- Complete day-to-day tasks involving document management (electronic and paper)
- Act as an administrative resource on designated projects (i.e. research, insurance renewals, updating signing authorities with financial institutions, onboarding Trustees, etc.)
- Meeting logistics and planning, including scheduling, arranging catering, preparation of agendas, boardroom and videoconference setup, minute-taking, tracking/completion of action items, etc.
- Assist Trustees with conference registrations and travel arrangements
- Assist or lead on event planning (retirement recognitions and the Annual Open House)
- Assist with policy and governance support for the Board(s)
- Ensure circulation of information to Board(s), staff, and third-party service providers
- Ensure proper handling and filing of sensitive/confidential information
- Other duties as assigned

- Post-secondary education required
- Experience in one or more of the following (3+ years) is strongly preferred: performing a related administrative role, preparing meeting minutes and agendas, working with Boards/Committees
